Fearless is bright red. It is fire. It is a train speeding down the track or the rush of a mighty river.
I am on the very top of the highest loop of a giant roller coaster, and it feels like the brief moment it pauses before taking the inevitable plunge to the bottom. I look down at the descent, filled with excitement and all my senses are alive. I am thrilled at the prospect of experiencing the speed of the plunge. Tha's all there is. I am thinking about nothing else. I feel safe and trust that nothing bad is going to happen to me. And I am grateful to be participating in such a wonderful adventure.
When I am fearless. I do not believe in failure or success. I only believe in the journey.
I am immersed in the process of what I am doing, the actions I am taking and delight in the opportunity to see or feel something new. I have faith and trust in myself. I embrace the adventure with my spirit.
Fearless means I and happy and confident. This cannot take place unless I accept and love who I am.
When I am fearless, I sub-consciously speak to my "inner-child". I tell him that he is loved, and good and cherished. The sun floods upon me and I stride forward toward the horizon with a beautiful sense of wonder and discovery. I see myself reaching my goals, taking risks and experiencing success, happiness and inner peace. Precious Gifts.
Courage is the power to let go of the familiar.
