Our health is the greatest gift we can have. Health Coaching is my passion. It enables me to help others improve their wellbeing and benefit from my skills and personal experience.

I am challenged with several autoimmune disorders, which I have worked to overcome - I now lead a life of quality and happiness.

Learning to manage my own health enables me to connect immediately with my clients and bring them the results they are looking for. As a trained coach and nutritionist our work together will be one of the best experiences you can have in your life

1. Motivated - Most successful Health Coaches are highly motivated, self-starters -ready to hit the ground running, with you the client as their main focus.
2. Balanced - Health Coaches strive for a healthy work/life balance. A good coach knows primary food is more than what is on your plate. Healthy relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career and a spiritual practice can fill your soul and satisfy your hunger for life. Understanding the primary things that feed you is key to leading a life that is balanced and satisfying.
3. Supportive - Health Coaches provide support to their friends, family and clients by listening and empathizing. They ask questions to make you think deeply and come to your own insights. They focus on you, your health, and your priorities. They help you set sensible, measurable, action oriented, realistic, time sensitive goals around them. What we call SMART GOALS. From there you work together to set up an action plan to achieve your goals. You have weekly or biweekly phone calls to put your plan in action. Your coach is your biggest fan, keeping you on track and constantly bringing you to new insights and achievements. All of which you celebrate!
4. Committed - Health Coaches are committed to health - in transforming their own health and helping others transform theirs.
5. Enthusiastic - Health Coaches are excited about what they are doing; this is more than a job for them. Health Coaches are part of a community committed to helping people affect positive change in them - and in turn, changing the world.

As a professional in this field you are many things to many people with the main concern of guiding people to lead a healthy, happy life. A good health coach is someone you can trust, share your inner most fears in confidence, laugh with, guide you to success and celebrate even the smallest of successes you have with you.
