Healing is the process of your mind and body coming into alignment with the wholeness of our soul. But with life pressures, limiting beliefs, and societal conditioning, your mind and body get off center, out of sync, off balance. This can affect our physical, spiritual and mental well being- causing pain, fatigue, anxiety, stress and illnesses.
What we focus on expands our awareness and experience. Thus, if we focus on the problem, illness or pain we feel more of it. When shift our perspective and acknowledge its presence by breathing into it, we bring awareness to our body, mind, body, and soul or to our WHOLENESS and Oneness. WE start the healing process.
The physical body knows how to heal itself. . But often our ego panics, worries and frenetically looks for what's "wrong. With me" This causes our body to tense up, and shut down the flow of healing love and energy.
Healing happens when we place our attention on healing. We are the healers. We heal ourselves. Amazing the power we have, yet so few of us know this. When you're in pain, sad, depressed, fearful, stressed our anxious, tune into these feelings and send your energy there. When you send energy to these feelings you are centering and "re balance" yourself. It's like bringing light to darkness for then only light, love and healing remains. This is where healing begins.
Six Action Steps to Healing:
1. Write down what health and wellness look like to you? What do you feel like when you are balanced and healthy? Close your eyes- allow yourself to feel that now. Create a vision in your mind of what healing feels and looks like for you. See yourself healthy, vibrant, and filled with energy. Write a phrase, draw a picture or get a picture that reminds you of this feeling. Post it everywhere. Keep it close to your heart. When you feel ill or out of balance reflect on this vision. Place the physical picture or phrase on your pain.
2. What supports your healing? What thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and actions bring you relief, movement and resolution?
3. What gets in the way of your health? Is it your priorities, responsibilities, resources, perspective, beliefs, attitude?
4. Notice aches, pains or problems in your life. Do these trigger worry, judgment, or resistance? What happens when you breathe into them, accept them? Shift your perspective to the health, and vitality surrounding them? Give it a go-.try this now. .Breath into it, accept, open your heart to love and allow healing to take place.
5. Health issues are symptoms of imbalance - mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. Look "beneath" the symptom, get in touch with your mind and body. Feel and accept what's really going on. Ask your body or the symptom what it's doing, what it wants, and what support it needs to find balance.
6. Spend time each day with any health issue you may have. Surround it with love, compassion and tenderness. Thank your body for bringing your attention to an imbalanced area. Then tune into the energy vibration of balance, flow and wholeness and heal into love!
