There comes a time in your life when you know it is time to heal now. When continuing to hold on feels too hard and too heavy. When your emotions and your body are done struggling and feeling challenged. Its time to free yourself to love and experience the power of healing.

Most people have two lives. The life they live and the unlived life within them. When you feel deep stirring of the unlived life with in you, it is time to heal.
If you are resisting being all you can be, allow your resistance to guide you to be the person your heart senses you truly are.

Healing IS NOT something that happens to you. It is something that happens WITHIN YOU. If you are open to understanding that YOU are ultimately the healer, you will experience profound healing. You will discover how your emotional and spiritual health impacts your physical health, your vitality, and wellbeing.

If it feels like your body is trying to get your attention, listen. Open your heart to love and healing. When you live with love from your heart the healing begins and miracles happen!
