When the Universe Points

When the Universe points me in a direction providing valuable learning or opens doors to new potentials, I get excited. The last ten days, the Universe has been working overtime. Some of what I'll share took place in Denver while conducting a three-evening "Shift" seminar, and at the International New Age Trade Show (INATS) that took place there over the weekend. I will report on the "shifting research" in a future column.

My friend Bliss Wood conducted the third evening of the Denver seminar with me and then went on to do three book signings at INATS. At a separate event we enjoyed talking with Stephen Cherniske, M.S., author of "Caffeine Blues," "The Metabolic Plan: Stay Younger Longer," and "The DHEA Breakthrough." Stephen and I met years ago in Malibu when he was working with Shirley Maclaine. At INATS I had an opportunity to talk with Louise Hay, Doreen Virtue and several other popular authors and musicians. Our paths had crossed in the past, and it was good to touch bases with them again.

But most exciting to me were some of the Private Sessions I've directed over the past ten days. Thirteen years ago, a young woman was so upset with the way her life was unfolding, she asked God to do something drastic. That very afternoon, she had an auto accident that left her a paraplegic. We explored the cause and effect and discovered a soul fragment -- an inner child that needed to be reintegrated. If my client is willing, I will one day share her incredible story in a book chapter.

Another woman in Denver booked a three-hour session and provided me with a laundry list of questions ranging from childhood fears to present-day passions. By exploring past lives and then calling in a spiritual power group (guide, teachers and deceased loved ones) we found all the answers she sought. And before the session was over, she was channeling the information directly. As one of my final questions, I asked why she had to experience so much trauma. She responded, "Spirit encourages conflict to learn."

Another woman, who was in love with her boss, wanted to fully understand the intensity of her emotions. Her past-life history with this man clearly explained everything, while spirit provided direction as to how to deal with the situation.

A middle aged woman, who had booked two hours of time, told me she wanted to know why there was always an undercurrent of struggle in her corporate work. I was totally unprepared for the amazing past-life story that unfolded over the first hour. It totally explained the situation. So we used the second hour of her Private Session to create and record a custom mind-programming tape that will assist her not only to release the past influences that have been restricting her life, but to program a greater degree of success in the future.

Back home in California, I worked with a talented young woman who has a high-profile in the entertainment/media world, but she continues to battle self-defeating behaviors, creative blocks, and alienation with her father. It took an exploration of several past lives and work in Higher Self to fully understand all the energies at play and to reach a point of being able to forgive herself and her father as well. When she left my office, I knew she was free to fire ahead in her life and career.

And I have not even gotten to a couple coaching programs that have me as excited as the women I am coaching. But I'll save those stories for another time.
