As CEO & Founder of Women's Support TEAM, Paula Constantino, who started law school at 40, views life as a continuous learning process, with all of us constantly evolving and reinventing ourselves. She has been admitted to practice law in four states (NY, NJ, GA and MD) and was a medical malpractice and personal injury trial attorney in New York and then in-house counsel for a high-tech startup in Maryland.
In addition to being a trial and transactional attorney, Paula has been a business consultant helping small businesses be proactive and then was wellness consultant for Nikken, a company that provides products and support to enable people to achieve a complete and fulfilled life. Both of these experienced enriched her life to take her to her true passion of women helping women through her own online business.
As entrepreneur, Paula first worked with her business partner with a predecessor company, Women’s Community. She then formed her own company, Women's Support TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More), which is a web-based one-stop resource helping women achieve more success with less stress globally – through a TEAM of more than 145 Mentors, coaches, digital informational products, speakers’ panel, events, articles, affiliates with life and business solutions, resource links and more. The ultimate goal is to provide practical information to women globally - through the movement 1000 Women Can Change the World.

Paula is a coveted speaker – having recently spoken at the International Business Women’s Conference in DC and the International Limo Digest Show in Atlantic City, NJ. Paula is a member of numerous women’s organizations, including:
