Michael J. McCarthy is the founder and president of the McCarthy Learning Institute, a business-consulting and professional training company. He has been leading workshops and presenting seminars on various subjects related to individual and organizational learning since 1983. He has taught for Career Track, the American Management Association and the Anthony Robbins Institute, and has presented workshops to many organizations including W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Hewlett Packard, and Pacific Bell.
