The "Master of Life Coaching Course" is a 12-week curriculum-based program designed to take your through a process of personal liberation. You will learn a series of powerful techniques designed to assist you in finding your own answers while becoming more mentally independent and spiritually powerful. Based upon "Bushido Training" which focuses on the wisdom of the ancient Samurai, this course will show you the path to total life mastery. Historically, the Samurai were spiritual warriors: men and women known for their strength of character, tranquillity and detachment. In their acceptance of metaphysical principals they fulfilled their potentials and rose above the fear of death. Although the Samurai are gone, their spirit remains in the thinking and concepts that were the force behind their power.

Each session will include powerful exercises and processes designed to help you transform your life on every level.

COURSE OUTLINE

Session 1: Aliveness & Challenge
Aliveness is real enjoyment in doing what you do -- the excitement and exhilaration that makes you feel glad to be alive. By understanding yin/yang balance and exploring life areas where you're lacking in aliveness, you can invoke life-changing new directions.

Session 2: Beliefs
Beliefs are the basis of your reality. They generate your thoughts and emotions, which in turn create your experiences. The problem is, many of your beliefs are faulty and self-defeating. They are blocks to your happiness and success. Changing your life begins with changing beliefs that aren't hidden, but are so ingrained you've accepted them as facts.

Session 3: Buttons
Your mind operates like a bio-computer. We all have computer-like buttons that when pushed, cause you to respond like a robot and demonstrate your "machiness." The idea is to program yourself to "keep your mind like calm water" through greater understanding of Bushido principles and the inner-workings of the law of resistance.

Session 4: Subpersonalities
We're all a crowd of contradictions. One part of you wants to do one thing and another part wants to do something else. You have within you many personalities constantly resisting each other. Through this awareness, it's easier to develop "detached mind." You learn to detach from undesirable subpersonalities by observation instead of being absorbed by sensations, thoughts and desires.

Session 5: "If Onlies"
You tend to look for solutions externally, figuring "if only" I could have this, or do that, everything would be better. But resolving "if onlies" only seems to generate more of the same -- more of whatever isn't working in your life. Learn about "if only" patterns, explore your own and begin to rise above these restrictions.

Session 6: Unnecessary Burdens & Soap Operas
We all end up carrying things on our backs that are not necessary. But you can't change what you don't recognize, so this session explores what you need to release. The second portion explores your soap operas -- your irritations, dislikes and complaints that are so ingrained they're programming your life.

Session 7: Core Value Symbol Process
Your core values not only represent what you stand for, they're an energy source. From a soul perspective, you can only be as powerful as your core values.

Session 8: End Suffering & Attain Peace of Mind (Part One)
Learn to invoke the incredible power of the acceptance of "what is" (the things you can't change in your life). It is your resistance to what is that causes your suffering. This session also explores your acceptance of karma, which is another way of saying, self-responsibility.

Session 9: End Suffering & Attain Peace of Mind (Part Two)
"Detached Mind" is a Zen/Bushido goal -- the ability to allow negativity to flow through you without effecting you. You'll also explore viewpoint. Most situations in our lives don't actually get solved except through viewpoint -- your perspective of your experience.

Session 10: Resolve a Problem & the Law of Attraction
The idea is to apply your understanding to one particular situation in your life -- your primary problem (other than a health problem). The second portion of this session explores "where your attention goes, your energy flows." You attract what you are and that which you concentrate upon.

Session 11: What Are You Hanging on to & Releasing?
What happened in the past that you're not letting go of? Isn't it time? The second part of this session relates to surrendering to all the experiences that go along with a choice or a decision.

Session 12: Risking & Clarity
What you desire you also fear. You can choose to experience the fear or avoid it. Avoidance will be safer, but may offer less growth potential. Your decision generates an opportunity and the outcome will provide the lessons. This risking process helps you to process your desire in an attempt to establish clarity of intent.
